We accept payment via Razorpay. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All payments shall be in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATION

Our service does not operate on a recurring subscription model. Continued access to our features is managed through a pay-as-you-go credit system. Customers can purchase `graph_credits` at any time.

All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data from the Services to create a collection, compilation, or database without our permission.
• Use the Services to advertise or sell goods and services.
• Circumvent or disable security-related features.
• Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using bots or data mining tools.
• Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services.
• Use any information obtained from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Upload files that contain viruses or other malicious code.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or discover the source code of the application.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. You irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
